Affiliate Marketing Can Kill You if You Don’t have This

(and why you should never drink a bucket of booze)

I almost drowned in my 20's

My Girlfriend (now wife) and I were backpacking around southeast Asia at the time.

One of our extended stays was in a place called Luang Prabang. It was quiet.

The TV show “Friends” played 24/7 on every television for miles to keep us company.

One day we decided to get on a big giant tube and float down a river in Vang Viang.

Every 5 minutes or so we’d get out of our tube and grab a beverage at one of the bars.

The “drinks”…

(if you can even call them that)

… were basically a big toy sand bucket filled will various types of alcohol.

It hit you fast.

One bucket was more than enough.

And I wish I could say that’s all I had.

SIDE NOTE:

It’s insanely irresponsible to give tourists giant buckets of alcohol while they float down a river in an oversized inner tube without a life jacket.

At one point my girlfriend’s sandal slipped off and started floating away.

So…

I decided to be a hero…

Being a hero is hard when you’re intoxicated and can’t see straight.
