I Lost 20lbs in 8 Weeks Following the Keto Lifestyle
If you call it a diet, you’re already dead!
4 weeks before Christmas.
That’s when I decided I was going to adopt a ketogenic lifestyle.
Besides being gluttonous for anything peanut buttery– I’m also a glutton for punishment.
However…
I figured if I can navigate the Holidays, I’ll be golden.
When you toss Birthdays, Weddings, and Anniversaries into the mix, it seems pretty much impossible to avoid events that don’t revolve around eating or drinking your face off.
I’d quit drinking alcohol over a year ago and it’s had such a positive effect on my mood, I decided it was time to make improvements to my eating and exercise habits.
Carbs are my weakness.
Sweet and salty.
Chips.
Oh, man…
I could crush a bag of supersized Doritos in about 15 minutes if you let me. I can’t have just one. And I’d wash the entire thing down with a can of Coke Zero, because — you know — I’m watching my calories.
At least, that’s the lie I told myself…
