How to handle your haters as a creator.

It was bound to happen eventually.
A customer who never did his due diligence.
One of those guys who emails you to complain about a million and one things completely outside of your control.
Sorta like a cheap freelancing client who thinks you owe them the world because they paid you $100 for a $1000 gig.
While it might seem like I’m bitter, I’m really not.
As my friend Joshua Lisec likes to say:
“Bad reviews from bad people are good reviews.”
This particular customer’s gripe?
The Medium partner program hasn’t rolled out in India yet.
Not sure exactly what I’m supposed to do about that.
He was even mad that I offered a discount of 60% off with parity pricing.
How dare I take a financial loss to help people in the world who aren’t as economically privileged as myself?
