Medium Needs a DM Feature

So writers and readers can connect more intimately

If I could rub a magic lamp and make just one wish…

It would be for medium to add a direct message feature so that content creators could connect more intimately with their readers.

It would also make applying as a writer to publications a heck of a lot easier…

… not to mention more convenient for everyone involved.

In my opinion, this tiny addition to Medium’s interface would put in on par with a platform like Twitter.

I’ll hold off on why I think Medium should also integrate a “Hire Me” button so writers can be requested for freelancing assignments for another post.
