My ‘Valueless’ Twitter Strategy
Satire, shenanigans, and shitty hot takes.
Twitter is a dumpster fire.
Everyone I know who is still active on the platform has the same complaints.
- Divisive politics clutter up their feeds.
- Memes from people they don’t follow.
- Low engagement and reach.
- Non-existent growth.
When I started on Twitter in December of 2020, the strategy was simple:
- Post platitudes.
- Engage with others regularly.
- Write valuable and actionable threads.
Now – thanks to Elon – the strategy has changed. Love it or loathe it, things are different.
Here’s what I plan on doing about it:
“The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.”
– Alan Watts
Valueless Content for the Win
All the big Twitter accounts that built their brands with high-value threads and mind-numbing platitudes have made a hard pivot.
